Cold River Land is a privately held Real Property Tax Management company that tracks, audits, appeals property tax assessments and remits tax payments for companies and institutions that have large numbers of land tracks nationwide.

Far Point was engaged from concept to maturity to build Columbia Tax Management Software.  Columbia is Cold River’s proprietary software that manages the entire tax lifecycle for tens of thousands of parcels throughout the United States.  From tax parcel identification and validation, to tracking assessments and appeals, through to payment and tax remittance. Far Point developed the entire platform to automate the business which saves thousands of man hours, minimizes errors, and results in millions of dollars saved.

Paramount Pay

Paramount Payments is an ISO of Priority Payments that focuses on the car wash industry handling payments for over 2,000 car washes nationwide.

Paramount Pay engaged Far Point to create and develop a Membership Application that allows for their customers who own self-serve and unmanned carwash tunnels to offer membership programs to compete with the advancing trend of the membership economy.  Utilizing a mobile application developed by Far Point, owners of these car wash locations can turn visitors into members which streamlines cashflow and gives more insight into their customers behavior.
